Most shipping will process on the same day when you place your order before 9am est Monday thur Friday.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. We are NOT responsable for any delay, lost or damaged packages caused by any shipping carriers. Please contact us ASAP if you have not recieved your order within the scheduled time.

All paper products will be sent within 24 hours or the next business day. If order are made on Saturday or the day before a Holiday, the order will be shipped on the next business day. Backorder products will be delivered in 7-10 business days in most cases.

All scarves and jewelry are made to order. In most cases it will take an extra 1 -3 days for delivery, in some cases it will take up to 2 weeks for delivery.

All personalized card orders - We will send a photo proof via email within 24 hours. After the proof has been approved,it will take 3-7 business days to deliver the final product.

Delivery:
USPS Parcel Post: It will take 3-7 business days to most domestic destinations by USPS. Total value of $150 and over will be insured.
USPS Priority Mail: It will take 2-3 business days to most domestic destinations by USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Total value of $150 and over will be insured.
USPS Express Mail: It is a overnight service or 2nd day by USPS to many destinations. Express Mail provides tracking and insurance up to $100.
USPS Global Priority Mail – International: It will take 4-10 business days to most destinations outside the U.S.A.

ReturnPolicy

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

All paper products are refundable or exchangable within 15 days from the date of receipt. A refund will be given only if the product is still in the original package and in original form.

All scarves are refundable or exchangable within 15 days from the date of receipt. Items that had been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. A15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items.

All jewelry is refundable or exchangable within 15 days from the date of receipt. A refund will be given only if the product is still in the original package and in original form and shape. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned jewelry.

All personalized card orders can be cancelled in 24 hours by phone or by email or before the photo proof is sent . Once the photo proof of the order was approved via email, the order will not be eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

All sales items are final. They are non-refundable and can not be exchanged.

All seasonal items: all Christmas notecards, invitations, gift tags, gift bags, and stationery are non-refundable and can only be exchanged within 14 days from the date of shipping.
